Welcome to Harman Radio Australia (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application and related services (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

4. User Content
You may be able to submit content such as feedback, messages, photos, videos, or files (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display it solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the App.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
- Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws
- Your User Content is not harmful, misleading, or offensive
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.
5. Permissions and Device Access
Depending on the features you use, the App may request access to:
- Camera
- Photos/media/files
- Internet/network
- Notification permissions
You can manage these permissions at any time in your device settings. Disabling certain permissions may limit App functionality.
6. Push Notifications
By enabling push notifications, you consent to receive alerts, updates, and promotional messages. You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
7. Advertising and Analytics
The App may use trusted third-party partners for analytics and advertising. These partners may collect app activity and device/advertising identifiers to measure performance and serve ads. Your use of the App constitutes consent to such processing, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Privacy

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Any information provided through the App is accurate or reliable
- Defects will be corrected
Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harman Radio Australia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harman Radio Australia, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
